Firefly Work Horse
This battered BMW is the work horse of Firefly Speed Shop. When we bought the car the springs had snapped so first thing we did was to put a nice set of coilovers on slammed it down with some low profile tires and M5 Alloys. We’ll be patching this bad boy estate out when we get some more time between jobs.
K11 SR20DE conversion.
The K11 SR20DE coversions starts with a paint job first. Championship white alloys to go with the new paint work. Prep work on the car started early on in the week with Rust removal on the back arches and bonnet. The wald kit will be put back on shortly. The ride height looks high but thats because the old 1.4 coilpack engine is out of the car. The new SR20DE from an Almera GTi is ready to be put in this week and theres loads of wiring and mechanical works going into it this coming week.
